Domie

Domie is a lantern which based on a geodesic dome. It is a spherical thin shell structure which distributes the structural stress throughout the geodesic sphere. The design process of the Domie begins with an icosahedron. Next step of the process continues with the geodesic dome. It has 12 pentagons and 20 hexagons. The domie includes spikes which the hexagons extrude in a convex form and pentagons in a concave form.
